Through research she found that digital migration is driven largely by dialogue of policy formulations and strategies focusing mainly on technology changes and implementation plans for the manufacture and roll-out of new television receiver platforms in the form of set-top- boxes and other electronic and ICT equipment.
Through research her findings were that there should be equal about of commitment , energy and resources towards the formulation of parallel policies, strategy solutions and action plans should be dedicated to ensure that the production, exploitation, storage and proliferation of digital content and ICT applications on the new digital distribution platforms and channels occurs. Having said that, the Africa Television Market was BORN. Africa television Market is a developmental and economical vehicle created to empower the business of content developers within the Television Medium and to regroup the Africa television practitioners, entrepreneurs, artists and politicians in the Television Industry.
